Stories from India - raising funds for the people of India

Order my new coffee table book ‘Travels through Rajasthan, India’, a fundraiser for India and the Sambhali Trust, Jodhpur India, an NGO empowering women and children and supporting them through COVID. This fine art, full colour, 56-page landscape (A4) photography book is being offered at the special fundraising price of $39.95 plus postage. 100% of profits from the sale of this book will go to support the Sambhali Trust.

In 2019, I travelled to Rajasthan, India on a whirlwind 2-week adventure, traversing the state and visiting 11 cities in 12 days. In 2020, I planned to return with Photographers Without Borders and work with the not-for-profit charity, the Sambhali Trust. In response to the COVID crisis in India, they are currently providing much-needed food, face masks, medicines, counselling, mobilising the community for COVID tests, signing up for vaccines, and supporting women and families in Rajasthan.

India currently has more than 350,000 positive COVID cases daily and is sadly called the “home to the world’s worst ongoing Corona Virus outbreak”. The real number is expected to be even higher. Jodhpur alone faces nearly 2,000 new cases every day.

Help support India by buying a copy of this book - a tribute to the people of India and a celebration of this beautiful country. I’m aiming to raise $5,000 to donate to the Sambhali Trust to further their work and support their Coronavirus response. This is part of The Wildflower Project, my ongoing commitment to support projects empowering women and girls who may not have the same opportunities as others to live their best life through health and education projects.

SOLD OUT. Over $4,000 raised.
