Returns Policy

Please see information about my returns policy below. If you have any questions at all please get in touch.

All photographic prints are custom printed just for you and are signed and numbered in pencil. As such, purchases of photographic prints are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.

If your print has been damaged in transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing kris@krisashpole.com for assistance. Please make sure to open your package within this time.

Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or the original print to process your claim.
